My nails were beautiful and beyond perfect, and the woman who did them was Vietnamese, and she was very kind, honest, pleasant, gentle, and sensitive. She created beautiful and wonderful designs. However, the man I saw before seemed a bit rude to me, and he didn't speak any English, but he was still very professional. But this time, the women were lovely and kind, and my nails were truly, truly perfect. If you want to get your nails done, you should definitely visit them.

Update Dec 2024 The Nail Saloon is still here but it's changed the owner & it has a new name - Muse Beauty Saloon Update in January 2023: The management & some staff has changed. Missing the previous staff. They are still nice, just not the same. A little layout change as well. I have been coming here for many years. Staff is nice, you can call up and book. They do a proper job, no shortcuts. Pedicure is around £20. The place is clean, there's toilet, they offer you a drink. They remember you & ask questions about your family. Lovely team, I have a few nail saloons around me but still drive 15 min extra as I'm happy with their service. Surprised about lack of reviews. Definitely recommended.

Booked muse beauty today at 5:30 and let me tell you I am so happy with my experience it was 10/10 service!! They took such care and asked me if I was happy each step of the way. The staff are very polite I left with the most beautiful set of nails. And got exactly what I asked for if not better! I am so happy that I will be recommending anyone who is unsure where to go this is the place. It's the best salon in London! I searched a lot to find a place that can actually keep my nails last very long and heathy. Last time I did my nails and it's last for 1 month and half. I'm very happy with my nails and Rosie did it for me the best ❤️

The man who helped me was very nice, but didn't speak much english. He was very helpful with trying to find a good matching colour for my nails, that I had gotten done somewhere else. He was a bit rough and nicked me in two spots, and I had to ask to file under the nails because they were very rough and scratchy. He was for the most part gentle enough. He didn't rush and took his time. The French tip looks good but he didn't go until the end of my nail bed so it looks like I have slight outgrow. For the price not too bad
