First time here and would definitely come back. The shop was very very clean, the staff are all so friendly and willing to help. They have every nail varnish/polish/gels etc possible. We had pedicures, the lady doing my feet was absolutely amazing. She chatted with me, she made me feel relaxed. Prices are very reasonable. They don't batter an eyelid if you bring your child into the shop

Nail Base Potters Bar - The Only Place I'll Go I've been going to Nail Base in Potters Bar ever since I moved here in 2018, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The team is friendly, professional, and always does an incredible job. Whether it's a fresh set, a repair, or just a little self-care time, they never disappoint. That's how much I trust them-if I don't have time to get my nails done, I simply take them off and wait until I can go back rather than going anywhere else. No rushed jobs, no compromises, just consistently great service every time. The salon itself is always clean and welcoming, and they really take the time to make sure you leave happy. If you're looking for a place that delivers quality, precision, and a great atmosphere, Nail Base is the one. Highly recommend.

Excellent service - staff were paitent when choosing colours and gave recommendations. Booking appointments is fuss free over the phone. The shop is very small and narrow with 6 stations very close together for manicures and 2 seats for pedicures so I'd recommend booking appointments in advance. There are a lot of variety of colours and shades on offer. Only issue is that there isn't a standard price list shown anywhere and it's all down to the gentleman taking payment to give you a final price (without a breakdown) after you've had your service - would be good to know upfront what the price is for each. Place is cash only and best parking is at the nearest supermarket down the road.
