  My third time getting BIAB here. Each service has been excellent. The staff are happy to copy nail design inspo pics and if you need anything amended they are happy to change it for you if you ask. The store is cash only, so make sure you stop by the cash machine near the cross before you go. The service is well priced- as a student (bring your ID card) I had a set of BIAB nails taken off and a fresh set for <£40 with my student discount (10%). You don't need to book, you can simply walk in and wait your turn. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you once again for my beautiful nails! :)

  First time going here but always walked past and it looked welcoming. Had my toes and nails done for the races and I am so happy! A did a wonderful gentle job on my toes (sensitive feet) and the. He started on my nails then Anna finished them. Both so attentive and good at their jobs! Would highly recommend! Offered some great conversations too! 🥰

  I had a lovely pedicure this evening at the Nail Cellar :) could have fallen asleep. Didn't get the guys name that did it but he was great. £35 for a pedi with gel.

  I like this nail bar. The staff are nicer and they play nice calming music. Some of the other nail bars in Chester are extremely rude and rough, I found this to be the best one. Sometimes waiting is long but you expect that at a busy nicer nail bar.
