If you need a perfect nail tech! Book yourself in with Jenny. She use to work in Hanley but I followed her to longton because she's the only one that does great solid nails that stay on. The queen of nails. She always does whatever you ask for. Always service with a smile and nothing is too much for her, love the girl. Thank you again! 😘

I visited for the first time yesterday and was apprehensive because of the reviews, however, it came recommended so I gave it a try. I walked in and took a ticket, I had a while to wait because it was so busy. I had a lovely young lady who looked at a photo of what I wanted and she did them perfectly! The lady was nice and gentle, I didn't get her name as she didn't introduce herself but she was pregnant and so nice. My nails are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I'm so glad I tried here. I would definitely go back.

Went Pamper Lounge to get Gel Nails and Toes, 6 days later, my Shine went ! Looked Tacky. I visited these Guys and Explained, the Gentleman and the Woman were lovely and helped. Re did my Shine Top coat. Looked beautiful. The Shine they used was different but a lot better, you can see my Nails shiny, as a lot of People asked and Complimented !. I will be coming here from now on. I thought post Photos so everyone can see. Thank you very much! Xx

Was unsure about going because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Last minute drop in after work and I didn't have to wait 2 minutes as there was 4 staff there. They were polite and treat me nice throughout the time I was there. Really happy with my nails! Will definitely be going there regularly from now on.

Been here many a time . Never had a problem with my finger nails or a pedicure. Get there early when it comes to specific holidays. They do stay open later on certain days. Very busy most of the time. No need to arrange an appointment. It's a walk in service. Staff usually get on with there job not ones for making conversation. All can speak English. The owners speaks more than the others . Only, criticism I can say is you can be sitting there and the technician can be chatting in there own language , Vietnamese , whilst doing your nails Chatting to there colleagues .They do many different variations of nails and I see a lot of customers come in with photos on their phone asking for a certain design. They use electrical equipment to file, cut and shape your nails. The premise are quite clean . There is a toilet which customers can use but haven't seen used very often . They offer a discount card you can get stamped each time you go . This will give you £2 of the price after having your nails done 4 times. The max is £8 off after 12 visits. There is a pay and display car park at the back of the premises.Prices are going up ££. My gel nails can last me approximately 3 weeks. New staff have arrived now so takes a little longer to get your nails done. Approx 1 hour just for nails . There is a coffee machine but very rarely get asked unless your having a pedicure. Never any decaf or cold drink alternatives. There is music playing in the background all the time . Only certain staff can do pedicures. The lady who is co owner is very good at pedicures. They do men's nails and pedicures. A few ideas for the future - When having a pedicure there is no where to place your coat or bag . Why not put a few hooks on the wall ? It's cash only which these days I feel makes them vulnerable and the customers.Why can't it be by debit card it's safer all around ?. It's a family run business and many a time their own children are entertaining themselves in the back after school or in the school holidays. Yes, I will be going back as I feel most of the staff try their best and I usually get what I've asked for.
