Absolutely love my nails! Lucy did an incredible job😍 her skill & attention to detail truly stand out. She took her time to work her magic, and the results are flawless. I've been to many nail salons, but no one has ever done my nails this perfectly. She also nailed the design I asked for exactly as I wanted. My first time, the lady who did my nails had the best patient ever, she listened to everything I wanted to do to my nails to the point I wanted one shorter than the rest due to some pains, no questions asked. My cuticles were all cleaned. I hope this service carries on due to bad experiences in other places.

Edit: Thank you for reaching out and for the respectful reply. I am not in the country - these broke at 11pm on Saturday and I actually had a flight at 4am the next day. I am not looking to get a repair, however some form of compensation would be appreciated. Otherwise, the nails are very beautiful! I have dmed you on Instagram, however, has it not been received?

Very pleased with my experience yesterday ... acrylic nails ... lovely staff and service ... but I had to sit there for over half an hour cos it was busy ... and the air was full of dusty stuff ... it was really hard to breathe ... I just wanted to say that I felt very sorry for the staff because the air was full of powder and nail sandings and filings ... the staff were just young people with lovely new lungs ... and they had to sit there all day breathing it in ... They were just wearing simple paper masks ... those masks just aren't suitable to stop all those pathogens in the air going into their airways ... I couldn't see any air conditioning at all ... surely the owner could put something in to take all the bad things out of the air ... I was honestly nearly choking! I would not want my child to work somewhere like that and I wished I could have scooped all those workers up and got them out of there!!! I don't care how much they earned ... it's not easy to replace a pair of lungs. 😭 Please Boss ... give them some air conditioning!!! : ) Ps: It is possible that there is air conditioning already ...but it might make the air feel cold or customer complaints but I just wanted to point out that if there isn't air conditioning ... please give your staff a chance at survival! Thank you Darling! : )
