Walked into the salon this afternoon for my appointment When asked what I wanted, I was unsure of design. I thought a bit, looked down and asked the fabulous nail technician to match my trousers. She was unsure at first but I confirmed that it was what I wanted! The result was fabulous. Glad I let her unleash her creativity and her talent. Thank you, you never ever disappoint me! Best salon in Rochester!

Had my nails done this evening by Kane and they are amazing! I am very happy with my nails and think they are beautiful. Kane made sure to check I was happy with the design and put in a lot of effort to try and make it exactly like my inspo picture but I think it's even better. I have been here a few times and the staff are so lovely and kind to me, they always listen to my requests and follow them perfectly and I cant recommend them enough and as a man having my feet and nails down here they are amazing and I love it here and can't thank them enough for the respect shown to me and I will be back for sure

My daughters had French manicure (I think that's what it's called) the other could only have gel nail Polish (due to college course rules) the nail technicians where fantastic, even though he didn't have much nail (daughter bites the ) but he did amazingly. It was the first time I'd seen nail technician work & they proform magic. It was the first time in this salon & won't be the last. We Was greated as soon as we walked in by a very friendly young lady, we was offered refreshments. I was actually allowed to sit with the girls whilst they were getting there nails done. I chatted to the young lady while she worked, even though she was very busy doing all her job's. I can't recommend highly enough. Very friendly professional,polite & welcoming staff. They Took time making the girls feel they mattered, & made sure they were happy with their new nails.
