I absolutely love this place and cannot recommend it enough. The lady is so lovely and takes time with your nails three weeks later and I've still got the same nails on. They're still so strong. I've never had nails last this long. The first picture is when I've got them first done and this is them three weeks later I'm incredibly impressed. Will definitely be going back here again.

This was such a lovely clean nail shop, the staff were so friendly and attentive. I got biab removal and gel reapplication and they were so gentle specially that I had injured a couple of my toenails. Thankyou so much, will be back for sure.

Amazing! I feel really strongly about rectifying the below review as it is completely unfair and an inaccurate review. I am a genuine customer of the salon since it opened in Stevenage. This person's daughter came in asking for a service that she had no intention of paying for (I know, we were all kids once). She asked for gel, the staff double checked that she wanted gel and not normal colour 3 times due to her looking around 15. She already had gel on her nails and was very familiar with how nail shops worked (you could tell this was not her first rodeo!). She came with £6 for a take off and gel colour! She was not forced to stay in the shop, she was welcomed to stay whilst she called her Dad to pay the bill for a service she requested and could not pay for. The prices are very transparent and can be found on the wall as you walk in, on instagram, Facebook and their website. The Dad called abusing the daughter down the phone, the Dad shouting, not the staff. When the Dad turned up, he verbally abused his daughter and the staff, throwing £20 in their faces (literally!) which did not even cover the cost of the service (£25) and other customers were so outraged that they stepped in to defend the staff and the child from her own father! Please ignore the below review. The staff are amazing and so talented. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, across various shops in London and hertfordshire. I will never go anywhere else now. They're absolutely amazing with the best customer service and above all, really good, kind and genuine human beings. First photo from my latest nails. Always so happy with them, and my lashes! The second photo is my first time contacting the shop on the 11 August, proving I am a genuine customer who has not known them long but feel so strongly about giving them a good review (photo blurred as I sent them photos of old nails, work not done by them) that I asked them for help with. Of course, they were more than happy to save my nails!
