It was my first time today & I had such a great experience! The staff is very very lovely & work very clean and professional. You can tell they care about details and don't rush through it like many other places. I also changed my mind about the colour I wanted like 3 times and they were so accommodating and helped me find a colour I was happy with! I had the nicest experience at Nail Lounge today. May is so lovely, so sweet and very thorough when doing her craft. My BIAB Infills are absolutely perfect with her checking throughout if I was happy with the shape, colour etc. She was delicate and made me giggle as we chatted away. I will definitely be back. 5* from me! Thank you!!

Helen was amazing, she was kind, patient and thoughtful to help remove my existing gel manicure and apply a new set of gel manicure. The quality is excellent and her attention to detail is stellar. I get BIAB and Pedicure from the Nail Lounge and I've never been more satisfied with the service. The techs are very knowledgeable and the service is great. You can book on the Fresha app with no fee or via Treatwell, and you can also call them for more details. The only downsides if we can call it that is it's all cash so don't forget to bring get some before you go to the appointment. Luckily there are ATMs around. Bonus points for transparent BIAB (more versatile) and massage chair when you do your pedicure ✨

Lee and Jennifer truly make this place a gem. You go in for a routine nail appointment but these two always make it so fun. On top of that you get a 10/10 quality service, they really do their best to give you the best possible nail treatment. I asked for French tips with some cherries on it, and Lee delivered. I highly recommend you visit this hidden gem you won't regret it!!!!
