First of all I would like to give a big thank you to the team at nail world such lovely and sweet people also so welcoming and polite they ask whether I would like a hot or cold drink I have never had a service like that before. Secondly they never disappoint me never they always take their time and hard working effort on my nails and give the best advice. Final is that one of the team members did my nails today and she was so lovely and took her time and effort to make my nails look so pretty I'm so in love with them. Ever since I've been all they do is treat me with kindness and respect and don't judge. I highly recommend to go there. They know their work and know what they're doing. Thank you team 😊

I had an exceptional pedicure with Diesel at Nail World in Harrow. I asked for a natural pink and he chose the colour himself - and got it absolutely spot on. His full attention was on my treatment the entire time, which made such a difference and felt very professional. He also went above and beyond by including extra steps that many salons usually charge extra for, yet I still only paid £40 for a gel pedicure (not the deluxe). The customer next to me had the deluxe pedicure and it looked divine - it genuinely felt like being aboard a luxury experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing - no shouting or chaos, just a peaceful environment. The manager/owner was constantly cleaning, which was a really reassuring and thoughtful touch. She even offered tea to the lady next to me (I had already grabbed one on the way in), which showed great attention to customer care. Overall, a really refreshing salon experience. Highly recommend Diesel - I'll definitely be back. 💅✨
