I took my daughter yesterday to have her nails done, and the staff were absolutely lovely with her. They made her feel comfortable, relaxed, and smiling the whole time. They did an amazing job and her nails turned out beautiful, with a gorgeous winter design. I also have my own nails and pedicure done here regularly, and they are always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The quality of their work is consistently excellent. I do not get my nails done very often, but they listened and did an excellent job. The Gentlemen there also tried to explain to the Lady next to me that her real nails were going to basically rot because of water ingress, and many many acrylics, and that she should have them taken off, but she didn't take any notice, or maybe didn't want to, and was very rude about it. But he did his bit. Which shows a duty of care over money, which says a lot in my opinion. Thanks again.

What a wonderful and professional experience. Tanya takes time and care to do your treatment and gives you exactly what you want, unlike other nail salons. The salon is absolutely beautiful and very clean, it makes you feel safe and comfortable. The polishes used are very good quality and last ages!!! I've been going to Tanya for my nails for months now and couldn't be happier. She is so welcoming and my nails are always perfect. I usually let her surprise me with the design and I'm never disappointed. Since I have been going to her (April 2019) not one of my nails has broken! There are many nail salons in Kidderminster, but my friend recommended this one when my 15 year old daughter asked if she could get her nails professionally done for the first time as a Xmas present. As soon as we walked in, I was glad we trusted my friend's recommendation! Small & friendly summarises it, rather that what seems like a more impersonal air in some of the larger salons. Being smaller, we did have to wait a bit, but we hadn't actually booked an appointment, so this was to be expected. Waiting was not, however, an unpleasant experience, as we just sat on the fluffy pink sofa doing stuff on our phones! My daughter asked for quite an elaborate design, but sadly her fingers were too small for this, so she agreed on a simpler (and cheaper) design, which was perhaps classier! Just one little negative point: they were unable to take card or contactless payments and I didn't have enough cash on me. They did however accept a bank transfer, which was okay for me, as I could do this with my banking (Starling) app. Thanks for making my daughter happy and helping her to feel a little more glamorous! 💅
