Recently started going here since moving back to the area after uni and the staff are very polite and friendly. After my first set my mom went there to get the same ones for her holiday as she loved them that much, I really can't fault them the detail is amazing and they always take their time to make sure they are perfect. I've just been to have the bows put back on my nails as they had fallen off and after messaging them they were more than happy for me to come in the next day to have them fixed , I never like being in a situation like that but they made me feel really comfortable and double checked that the bows were secure before I left they have really cemented them down so they're not falling off any time soon. The man even handed me a £5 voucher to apologise I can't thank them enough sorted out my nails with no issues ❤️🙏🏻

Cannot fault this place at all! Had my nails done last Saturday and had a nail pop (which was my fault to begin with). They sorted it for me within minutes. I'm so grateful as I'm at a wedding tomorrow and was panicking. Friendly staff and reasonable prices (plus a little loyalty card). I will definitely be back again soon! Thank you for putting with me and my awkwardness. 😁

Just had the luxury pedicure here! Absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. The staff are always friendly and make sure they make you feel comfortable. Brilliant loyalty card scheme too. My feet feel brand new !
