I've been getting my nails done by Jemma for a year now and I can't praise her highly enough! I used be a pretty unadventurous when it came to my nails but Jemma's nail art is just so beautiful I couldn't help myself. She's taken me from a French tips gal to stars, love hearts, auras and more. Jemma is a true artist (check out her Instagram page) but she also has the patience of a saint. I often come to her with a very rough idea of what I want and she gives me her recommendations. She checks in with me multiple times throughout doing my nails to make sure I'm happy, it's really clear that she puts her customers first. She even does free repairs!! Putting her fabulous nail art skills aside, and they are fabulous skills, what I love most about Jemma is her friendly and professional approach. She always makes sure that I'm comfortable with plenty of drinks, great music and snacks to enjoy throughout our sessions. We always have a great natter and I look forward to our catch ups every few weeks. TLDR; Jemma is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

I can highly recommend a visit to Jemma. I had troublesome issues with my nails for many years since having chemo. They were continually splitting and peeling, and I didn't think anyone would be able to help...but then along came Jemma! Not only is she highly skilled, it's a real pleasure to spend a couple of hours in her company as she expertly crafts your nails to perfection. Jemma is a real pro - warm and welcoming by nature - and I'm very glad to have found her! *****

It was my first time receiving nail services from Jemma, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with her expertise and professionalism. Despite the significant damage to my nails caused by previous acrylic applications, Jemma expertly applied builder gel to restore their health and strength. I am particularly pleased with the nail color she recommended, which perfectly complements my skin tone. Throughout the session, Jemma demonstrated exceptional customer service.
