I can't recommend Nails Did enough! I first walked in not know a thing about nails and finding what I like was so much easier with their support !! They do a fabulous job as always with my BIAB. Super friendly, amazing advice and they make you feel very comfortable. Booking with them is simple and I always leave happy and satisfied ! They are pretty good at dealing with my indecisiveness so thank you so much guys you do an amazing job !!! My loyalty will alway stand with Nails Did!

I've been coming to Nails Did for what feels like forever-it's definitely been over six years! The shop is run by the sweetest couple, Kristina (my apologies if I've misspelled your name!) and Lee. They are the heart and soul of this place, and I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Over the years, I've put my nails through a lot, trying every technique imaginable: natural nails, acrylics with extensions, SNS, and now BIAB. And you know what? I have never, ever had an issue with the quality of their work. I'm a simple gal and don't get intricate designs, but I can tell you that Kristina's design skills are incredible. And on top of everything else, their prices are so affordable for London, which is a huge bonus. I wanted to write this review because in a business like this, you have to deal with a lot of difficult people. I've witnessed so many rude customers in this shop, and Kristina and Lee always handle them with grace and professionalism. It's a shame that the angriest people are often the quickest to leave a review, so I wanted to provide an honest perspective from someone who has been a loyal customer for years. If you're looking for a salon with amazing quality, great prices, and the kindest owners, this is the place.
