Have been coming to this nail salon for years and always receive a great service. The prices are very reasonable - they have gone up in the years I've been going (as has everywhere else) but they still remain a very good price for the area. The staff are very capable and accommodating to design requests (which do cost extra) and they often have new ranges of polishes to try out so you can always get something new and interesting which I love. Wouldn't go to any other nail salon in the medway area!

Nail Palace is exceptional . The staff members are very welcoming , pleasant and truly inclusive for all . I have been here severally and honestly they consistently deliver great value for money . Not once has my nails snapped or had flaws . They always ensure customer satisfaction . Every nail technician that have used ensure that the nails done are perfect . I always leave smiling and happy not just with my nails but how lovely they are here . Highly recommend that you give them a try as you won't be disappointed .
