Fantastic local salon with amazing service and price! I started to do my nails at New York Nails in October 2024 when I moved to the area, and I honestly couldn't be happier with their service. Their acrylic gel manicures are consistently flawless, beautifully shaped, long-lasting, and finished with so much care and attention to detail. The one on the photo is over two weeks old and still great. Hannah and the ladies at the salon are great and make you feel very looked after. If you're new to Chingford or simply looking for a great manicure at the best value in the area, I highly recommend giving New York Nails a try. You will not be disappointed.

Hidden Gem with Heart and Skill! I've been coming to New York Now Nail Shop for the past three years, and I can honestly say it's the best nail salon I've ever been to. I always go early in the morning, and the team has even given me the nickname "Early Lady" - how sweet is that? From the moment you walk in, the customer service is warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff truly care about their clients and make you feel like part of the family. My nails always look stunning and are so well maintained - I've never been able to grow them this long and strong before! I have been attending New York Nails since summer last year. I have always been happy with the service they provide. There's loads of choice on colours/glitters. The Ladies are always polite and I'm always asked if i would like Tea/Coffee whilst there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Updated review: I've been going to Susan for my nails, and I couldn't be happier with her work. She's absolutely brilliant at what she does-her attention to detail is unmatched, and the results are always flawless. What I love most about Susan is that she truly listens to what I want and makes sure I leave feeling completely satisfied. If you're looking for someone who's not only skilled but also kind and professional, I can't recommend Susan enough. She's excellent, and I wouldn't go to anyone else! I appreciate the management who took feedback on board. Cheers Previous review I got infill with gel paint done today. I am sort of regular customer there and liked their shaping last couple of times by a particular technician, who unfortunately was off today. The lady who I was handed off to, was well grumpy and didn't know much about almond shaping the nails. I keep requesting to correct the shape which only helped a tiny bit. She then put the gel paint on which didn't cover sides of my nails at all. And once she dried my gel Nails under UV light, she then again shaped me nails a bit which took off the gel paints around my nails and left them uncovered and looking half done. When I complained to the head of the salon branch about the poor shaping and it was bumpy, she said I should have raised it with her BEFORE the paint was applied and now there is nothing they can do ( in a very rude tone) I was fuming but I didn't say anything more. I didn't even complaint about the paint as I didn't want to argue and left the New York Nails Chingford branch and will never visit there again. They could have made a bit of effort at least for me being a regular customer and dealt the situation in a better way.
