They are never manic busy like some places and they make you feel valued. I sometimes message on the day or day before for an appointment, and Kimmy fits me in - she is the sweetest. Speedy and efficient for plain manicure and gel polish. I booked my appointment just a day ahead over the phone and I was a bit concerned due to the very limited reviews and photos, lack of website and other information on Google. I was quite happy not only because I left the place only 50' after I entered, but also for having cash on me (luckily!) to pay in advance for the treatment. Public car park (pay and display or RinGo) just a breath away was a bonus and even though their hygiene rating wouldn't be outstanding, it wasn't bad enough to stop me from going back. They didn't allow me to take more photos, so here's just a street view.
