I am so happy with my nails , Tom and his wife are so professional. My nails Never break or chip. They stay beautiful until my next visit, they are so kind and friendly and always offer a calming environment, I don't mind travelling to Great Yarmouth for my appointment rather than Norwich. 🙏

I frequently attend this nail shop and they have always done what I've asked for perfectly. Upon arrival I'm always Greeted warmly and staff give a drink and some sweets to every customer. Depending on how busy it is depends on how long you wait. Kim always does my acrylic nails and she never disappoint.s I usually go in with my sister and pick different designs but Kim's very talented so she always can do them. Definitely will be going again and definitely would recommend.

I went here to get acrylics for the first time and i am definitely going to go again. I asked for a french tip and they turned out perfect, didn't take long and fair prices. The staff were very nice and welcoming even giving me a bottle of water while i waited. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because i had to wait 2 hours because they were very busy so if you come here i would recommend calling first and telling them what time your coming in or just being prepared to wait a while, but the chairs were very comfy and the nails were worth it.

The lady was nice but the wait was horrible. They kept accepting new customers even though 5 people were still waiting to even be seated. 3 people got their nails started before my friend and we were there first. I do like my nails, however they don't look like the picture I showed. I didn't want to ask her to redo, because my anxiety was starting to get really bad from how many people where in there. I do like the nails, so it will do for now. She did the best she could. Will go again but only if not so busy.
