Amazing work and customer service. When filing, they were aggressive and made it painful. The cleanliness i would give a 3/5 as there was nail tips and dust everywhere but they didn't have time to clean in between clients, so it's understandable. They did an amazing job. The nails are a bit pricey. Mine were £40. Overall i am satisfied with what i received.
