Had an appointment at 6:00 PM and was taken right on time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The nail technician worked quickly but very carefully, always checking if I liked the shape and color. The salon was clean and cozy. I'm really happy with the result - my nails look stylish and well done. Highly recommend

Bonu did my manicure and pedicure at the Fitzrovia salon. She was extremely kind and welcoming as soon as I entered as it was my first time getting my nails done here, she offered to take my coat and a drink as soon as I walked in. I can be quite particular about my nails as I only have Ukrainian manicures, however Bonu did not fail to impress me. She was very time efficient as well considering how much effort and precision takes place. I couldn't decide what shade I wanted but she found me the perfect colour. The shaping was immaculate. My pedicure was extremely relaxing which is exactly what I needed after a long day at work. I am so happy with my nails and I will definitely be returning. Even when booking the appointment, the team were lovely and made me feel cared about. 10/10 service. Thank you Bonu and the rest of the team. X

Had an appointment at 4:30 PM and they took me right on time. The staff was friendly and professional, and the nail technician was very внимательна and precise. The salon was clean and comfortable. The manicure took about an hour and the result looks perfect so far. Definitely coming back! 💅✨

The only place i will do my nails!! The best ukrainian manicure, so much care and precision each time. The consistency of every manicure is what makes me keep coming back. Easy booking, very organised and kind team. I get hard gel and this is the only place where the manicure lasts 3+ weeks, everywhere else my manicure starts lifting after a week but this is the only place i will do my nails from now on 🩷

I travelled 2 HOURS from Colchester just to get this done - and it was 100% worth it! Finding a really good nail salon in England is such a struggle, but this place is an absolute hidden gem. If you're tired of wasting time and money on salons that don't deliver, stop searching and come here. The quality is amazing, the prices are great, and the service is outstanding. They even did my nails and eyebrows at the same time in only 1.5 hours! I walked out feeling confident, happy, and honestly like a new person. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
