  Absolutely love it here! The staff are all lovely and very efficient. The only place I've gone for the last 2 years to get my nails done and have never been disappointed. Kim is my 'eyebrow fairy' as well and always does an amazing job. Highly recommended.

  I occasionally book appointments but they are very rarely needed. The team are all efficient and will do their up most to ensure your every request is made and you leave happy. I have arrived with a picture of what I had in mind and time was taken to work what needed to be done, providing a price before commencing as the design was quite complex. I had has my nails done every 3/4 weeks for over a year and will continue to do so.

  This is my first time visiting this place and I asked for a manicure with clear polish. So I don't get the full experience of the fancy stuff. I did a walk-in rather than an appointment and I met a staff who was casual, I went at like 5 pm so it's not that busy, told me to take a seat, and this other lady came over to my station and she was middle age, quiet lady. I don't mind not having a conversation as I am awkward and quiet myself. She did my nails lovely let me be honest. But it was hard to understand what the lady was saying, as she had a strong accent and a mask, I don't blame her but she asked me to wash my hands and I who never had my nails done was confused. She told me to go to the back and I was confused why she wanted me sent to the back. They expect me to know the place rather than guide me.
