  I booked a BIAB appointment pretty last minute with Paula, and she was amazing from start to finish. So lovely and friendly and attentive. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the products they use are of such high quality! Customer experience is really key, it's the first salon I've been to where there is a UV lamp for each hand! The whole process was the most comfortable I've ever been getting my nails done. I was offered tea/coffee throughout, and at the end I got a cute little cuticle oil bottle to take home for free! Plus my nails look beautiful. Prep work was excellent and through and Paula was very through on each nail to make sure they came out perfect. Will be back for sure! 💜

Having a desk job and wanting long and strong nails that never chip or lift after a week was always impossible but since going to Paula, I've had the most beautiful and easy to maintain nails!
