Katie did my nails today and it was such a pleasant experience - we were just chatting the whole time (such a lovely conversation) and she's just so sweet & friendly. i tend to pay a lot of attention to the details on my nails so i kept checking the very minor issues (ie dust getting wrapped, imperfections with the edges) and she was so patient with fixing them. the nail art design i went for was a bit complicated - each nail had a different colour and some drawings on them. Katie was so patient with working out what colour & drawings work best for me, and made sure i was happy with everything. she's extremely professional - everything is sanitised properly and my nails in the end were ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. will definitely come back!! it was such a pleasant experience 💕

I planned to be in London for my birthday 🎂 week and was looking for a nail salon close to my hotel. I was lucky enough to find Katie. I booked my appointment in advance and had my nails done today. Katie did a great job and we had the best time. Don't get confused, there is no sign on the house but if you come on time and aren't early as I was, Katie will wait for you outside.
