Came here to get acrylic infills for the first time and the sweet guy did an amazing job. He used a pink powder for the base and the results are literally perfect. He checked in regularly to see if I was happy throughout the process. Really good value too. Thank you🩷

My husband and I were tired after a long day of exploring Bath and had the spontaneous idea to get a foot massage. It was already 6pm, and we were sure we wouldn't get a booking, but we decided to try walking into this lovely organic nail salon. To our delight, they could take us! What followed was the most relaxing and wonderful experience. My husband had a fantastic foot massage that left him completely zen, and I treated myself to a beautiful wine-coloured gel manicure and pedicure. The results were perfect! But what truly made the evening special were the amazing people. The team was so kind, welcoming, and we ended up talking and laughing like old friends. They turned a simple beauty treatment into a genuinely joyful human experience. If you're visiting Bath or are a local looking for a top-tier organic salon, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

I only had about 30 minutes after spending nearly half of my lunch break waiting at a competitor's - I found out the competitor only takes cash and I had none on me, luckily I left before any services have been rendered. I popped my head into this place just to ask if they take card (they do!), I showed them a reference photo and asked how much it'd be (£45, gel polish on my natural nails). They assured me they could do my nails within 30 minutes. After about 25 minutes of 2 people working on my nails VERY efficiently I was out the door, with my nails done just like the reference photo. And I paid with card with 0 issues!

Amazing set of gel nails with builder done here, extremely happy with them. One of the lovely staff members even offered to paint the stars on my nails for no extra charge after seeing the bag I had with me that day. I've had my nails done here a few times and always happy to come back every month as everyone there does a fantastic job!

I've been coming here for years and i've always left happy! I first walked in having balled my eyes out in the pouring rain and they welcomed me in and did my nails despite them being in the worst condition possible. yes, i bite my nails. it's awful and i can't help it and they never judge me or turn me away. Their equipment is always sterile and it never hurts! Their kindness and professionalism is one of a kind (i've been to quite a few nail places in bath and have not received the same service there) I can't even begin to describe the difference in confidence having my nails done makes! I find their pricing to be very reasonable!! though i do get student discount (which is very appreciated). I often bring a friend in to sit with me and he is always welcomed and accommodated. I've had basic colours, fun colours, chrome, nail art, gel, gel x, acrylic - everything has always looked amazing!! Also because i type and because i try to bite them constantly i always get them really short which lots of other nail places struggle with? i've never had an issue communicating or receiving the correct nail length here :) Overall they are just the best group of staff that create an atmosphere i look forward to, one I can only call that of a family.

These were the best nails I've ever gotten. I was on holiday and found Organic Nails online. My nails were glamorous, strong and lasted over a month. I can't believe their technique. They were delicate and not made too wide across the nail bed. My finger tips looked like pearls.

These genuinely are one of the best set of acrylic nails I've ever had. They look amazing and the man took the time to make them perfect. However, whilst I was being seen there was a misunderstanding between staff and as a result of that I witnessed another customer being spoken to quite rudely which made me uncomfortable. Lovely nails though, I'm already getting compliments about them🤗
