Update Feb 2026: I thought I would try this Nail Salon again after being reassured over message that this time they would look after me. I expressed my concerns that my previous experience with the Salon was a negative one. I am so glad I did, this time around there were two different ladies working. The lady that did my nails was super friendly and passionate about doing my nails. Her skill and talent really show. I had shown her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she exceeded my expectations. I didn't get her name, but because of her she boosted my confidence and gave me faith to visit again. I am so glad I gave this Salon another chance. Oct 2025: Been going here for the last 1.5 years and unfortunately standards have slipped..booked an appointment prior and had to wait 10-15 mins before my actual treatment began. No clear instructions given, just because I've been coming regularly doesn't mean I should know where to sit and when, when the nail technicians are tending to other clients. Feet were handled roughly and no interaction or customer service. So I ended up staying on my phone. I came to this appointment for 'me' time and to relax but ended up feeling more stressed than it was worth. My feet were over filed and scraped and now they burn. The Salon was dirty and messy too. This time around my request was met but last time I was uncomfortable with the way the male was doing my pedicure, when I made a comment the lady told me he's better at it than her. But when it came to nail paint he didn't do it properly. That appointment took 1.5 hours. It was only a pedicure... Pains me to leave this review as they were so good over a year ago when they first opened up and i used to go.

Started going here recently after a bad experience in another salon in oadby parade- i've only been here twice so far and what a lovely place this is. Had a shellac pedicure and I have to say it was the best pedicure I have ever had done, the lady took her time didn't rush the treatment and on top I recieved a lovely massage in the chair. Even after 2 weeks of having it done, I'm getting compliments and no dry skin has reappeared. Easy to access the salon and free parking right outside. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

It was my first time visiting Oriental Nails and I had a wonderful experience. I had a lovely pedicure the lady really took her time and did not rush. I showed a photo of how I wanted my nails and the lady did a fantastic job replicating the design. I am very pleased and this will be my go to nail place.
