I had such an amazing gel mani/pedi experience that I took my daughters there a few days later to get pedis done. The pedi left our feet so smooth and the gel work was fantastic. My mani was a build a gel option, very unusual to find in Oxford. Lovely, friendly and helpful service, will definitely be back.

Rowena is brilliant - best pedicure I've ever had. She takes her time, exfoliates, massages, does the job with precision and detail. For my manicure she advised me to try a different shape for my nails in line with their natural shape: I love it. Will recommend her definitely.

Was looking for a last minute appointment for a manicure and pedicure ready for my holiday rang up and got an appointment that day the extra bonus was rowena does home treatments at no extra cost, she done an amazing job and she was very lovely, it cost me £50 for both which I found really good as a French manicure is usually around £40 so overall very pleased and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended.

So gelicious was very accommodating with the initial timing of the first appointment, I appreciate that she can work later evenings as that suits my working hours. She offers at home or in salon options and was very professional when asking about what I would like done and checking throughout that I was happy with the manicure. However, the gel polish that I had started to peel from off the nail bed after 2 weeks, I don't expect this from a gel nail polish. When I checked my next appointment (which I had made in advance at the last appointment) So gelicious informed me that she couldn't do that day and had to move me to another day. I felt really let down by this customer service and didn't appreciate that she only had one day left to book me, when I had made sure to book 3 weeks in advance. Overall I think it's a good service however customer service and date keeping could be improved.
