I'm so incredibly happy with my nails. I came here a couple weeks ago before a holiday, after having a bad experience at another salon. I'm new to London, as I'm living here for a university exchange, so I was unsure where to go. It was so lucky I chose Pampered Hands! Kevin was kind and attentive and made sure I felt comfortable asking for any changes, designs etc. Not only that, but he was very pleasant to have conversations with ☺️ His attention to detail was amazing and he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the final product. Plus his shaping is top tier - I've never seen someone shape my nails exactly the way I want them like they did here. Despite all my add-ons/requests, there was no confusion, and Kevin was very upfront about the price at every step of the way. I really appreciate the communication here. I felt supported voicing my nail needs, which is a huge help as someone who's on the shyer side. Overall: 10/10 - love my nails and would come here again!! 🩷

I love this nail salon! I've been coming here since July and I am always pleased with my nails after. I've had 4 different technicians do my nails and they all take such care in their work. The nail technicians are also always making jokes and talking with customers which makes it a lovely environment in the salon. You can tell that they all take pride in their work. They are always eager to get the colour and shape right. They also are brilliant at designs which I plan to get next time I come in! The prices are very reasonable for the service and they are always upfront about how much it will cost.

Omg when I tell you this place did not disappoint!! French tip & pedicure was done here & I loved how clean and friendly the environment was!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking to go ☺️ The pictures speak for itself! The lovely man who did my nails made sure it came out the way I wanted & his daughter done my pedicure which slayed btw! They also gave me a free drink whilst I waited ☺️ 5 stars!! Will make this place a regular spot to get my nails done
