The BEST nail experience I have ever had! All the women that work there are lovely and make you feel at ease right away- they are all incredibly talented and put in 100% effort to make sure your nails turn out as you want them, if not better. I really enjoy each visit and am very happy to call this my go-to London nail spot- I recommend it to everyone 😁 they also do some of the best natural looking acrylics which have been hard to find 🤗

My one and only nail salon in London!! I've been doing my nails here for more than two years. The Biab gel is so strong and can hold for over a month. Highly recommended this place for ppl who is looking for a strong gel and pretty nails.

Lovely salon, friendly staff, professional service. My place for a simple but beautiful manicure and pedicure (I'm not into gel, acrylic or anything fancy).

Update: It's been a year since I've started coming here and I've made this my regular go-to for shellac manicure and pedicures, despite working 30 mins away and living an hour away on the other side of the Victoria line! Customer service is amazing here, they've always made time to see me, even if it means staying open after their advertised time! & give me advice on colours and cheaper alternatives e.g gel vs acrylic powder, etc. I completely trust Chanel and her team. Oh, and an offer of a drink is always made without fail! Quality of the products are superb and this, coupled with the unbelievably good value for money is why I keep making the journey into Pimlico and getting my nails done here. They only use authentic, branded products including CND & OPI and it makes such a massive difference. My nails are shinier and last so much more longer than when I go to other salons. They really take care in adding the right amount of layers, mostly 3 for me & the Gelish top coat, leaving my nails looking great weeks after my manicure. --------------------------------------------------------------------- My first time here but certainly won't be last. They really listened to what I wanted and paid a lot of attention to detail when attending to my nails. I got shellac with gel powder overlay, they explained the difference in price compared to acrylic powder and made sure I knew what I wanted. One of my nails was much shorter than others so they suggested I get a tip added in, which they included in the standard price. The staff took great care of me, were friendly and cordial to other customers as well. Its no surprise they have so many regular clients and hope I'll be one too. Price was also great for Central London!

Obsessed and over the moon 🥹 I have always been after a natural polished look for my nails but I have never found the right colour for me (usually it would be too pink or too white) until today. Ann was amazing and she did exactly what I was looking for. Great atmosphere too in the salon and I saw a lot of happy customers, no wonder why. First visit but defo not the last 🤍

Biab manicure was amazing both times I've been! This time I wanted a very natural colour, they did a great job. The customer service is EXCELLENT. They really made it so special for me and my friends as it was a birthday treat. Very friendly and very skilled technicians who offer a hot drink and want to make sure you're happy and comfortable. 100% recommend.
