I had the most amazing manicure experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Louise was incredibly skilled, gentle, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to shape my nails beautifully, gave a relaxing hand massage, and the polish application was flawless-no streaks, bubbles, or missed spots. It's been over 2 weeks and my nails still look freshly done - not even a chip!! I truly felt pampered and her knowledge of the products is great.
