I'm very satisfied with my acrylics. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything from start to finish was good. The staff was professional, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. I went to Poole nails and spa when I was on holiday and it was honestly the best nail shop I've been to, they use hot towels and a steamer which I've never seen before. I had to take my 2 children in with me and the couple that owed the place was so lovely towards them, offering banans, drinks, chocolates. I will definitely go back if I ever visit Poole again. Easily a 5 star!!

Loveee my nails and very good quality 👌 Only point to make .. was I made an appointment the day before but ended up having to wait over an hour past their closing time at 6 to have my nails done. A little peice of advice when busy honour app times :)
