I honestly cannot recommend Pretty and Polished enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and spotless the cleanliness alone already puts you at ease. The customer service is absolutely amazing, especially Milana. She (and the whole team) take so much time, care, and effort with every single appointment. Nothing ever feels rushed. They genuinely focus on making sure everything is perfect, from the shape to the tiniest details. You can really tell they take pride in their work. What I love most is how comfortable they make you feel. They actually talk to you, chat with you, and build a real relationship it doesn't feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. Unlike some salons in town centres where you can feel out of place or disconnected, Pretty and Polished feels friendly, inclusive, and relaxed. The availability is also incredible there's always someone there, and they've never once disappointed me. This is officially my new go-to salon, and I'll be recommending it to all my family and friends. I saw it every time I passed by, but I never stopped by. All the places in Reading Town are rubbish, absolutely. This is a truly unique place, small, welcoming, and attentive, where you have to check everything and get their approval. Today, we had a lovely Christmas nail and pedicure, and a pleasant chat. I left feeling incredibly relaxed; my feet felt like they were flying. Thank you to Milena and her friend, I will definitely come back

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely looked after - the salon is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully run. Absolutely love Milana and pretty and polished! I've visited pretty and polished twice now and I've travelled from Birmingham just to have my nails done! Both times have been incredible, all the staff are warm and welcoming, the services are varied so you're spoilt for choice, the spa pedicure is Devine. Milana is truly talented and amazing, super patient when looking and trying out new nail art designs, super friendly and delicate when doing my nails. I'd recommend visiting the nail salon if you're in the area or are happy to travel out.

I came here after losing trust in my normal salon and I was ready to give a new place a go, and I was so pleasantly surprised with Pretty & Polished! I hadn't been able to get my nails done for a while and so they were grown out a lot, but Milana was super welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Lydia has been doing my nails for 4 years now. Her speciality is nail art and she comes up with some great ideas. She has done me rugby inspired nails with the England rose and has done wonderful greek style designs for my holidays . Halloween and Christmas are her favourite times of year so she really goes to town with new ideas. All the artwork is freehand, not stickers. She is also happy to listen to your ideas as to what you would like. She is very talented and takes the time and care to make sure you are happy with the results. She also does pedicures, lash lifts, brow tint and shape, all at reasonable prices and always great results

Her artwork is brilliant as well and she has done any design I've ever asked her to do (Christmas, Spring, Easter Halloween etc).
