  I love coming to Princess Nails to get my BIAB refreshed every three / four weeks or so. The team are great at replicating any reference image, or free styling and coming up with something fun! They have of lots of extra bits like chromes, metallic details etc if you ask! I love that they are open until 7pm so I can stop by after work! 💚 my nails last so well and they are meticulous with shaping the BIAB to look like a natural nail shape - no lumpy nails here! The only thing I'd love to see are some more green gel colours! 💚

  I've been coming to Princess Nails for more than 2 years and I absolutely love them. They have just redone the inside and upgraded the furniture and equipment. They are very well priced and always kind and open to my nail ideas that I want to try and they take their time to get them perfect!   This place is by far the best, and most reasonably priced! Even though they don't seem to advertise pricing it seems consistent and always very reasonable. Last time cost me £32 for gel removal and redo gel manicure, this time I opted for Chrome finish which is an upgrade and today was £39. I've had pedicures here and they usually do combo deals. Friendly staff and comfortable setting. Highly recommend.

  The woman who did my nails she was amazing and excellent the remainder is they come out with they come out amazing and super Super good doing my nails I love princess nails I love how they work and I like their thinking because I asked her to do snowflake snowman and it said it will be too much so I said ok and I think it was too much to do all of the nails snowman you made my day you made my year

  Love this place. I know that a few years ago when the old owners had this place, a lot of customers didn't have very pleasing experience. However, I guarantee you the NEW owners and staff are excellently trained. They are really clean and pay attention to detail which is so important. The shop has had a really nice redo inside and to be honest, they have the best location in Richmond. I always love my nails. Thank you LINA💖
