I had an amazing experience! I got exactly the nails I wanted-no issues, no delays, just fast, professional service. Despite some of the negative reviews I read beforehand, my experience was completely the opposite. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really attentive to the details I asked for. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling happy and confident with my nails. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and highly recommend giving them a chance-you might be pleasantly surprised like I was!

Literally so impressed. been using another place locally for 3 years but thought I'd try here, and safe to say I'm now a regular. benefits, to me, were: - can book online, no phonecall - way more friendly staff. very very welcoming - happy to listen to what you want in detail and give you many options and suggestions - a little cheaper - better quality by far! - easier to park nearby - very clean inside - staff don't speak in their own language amongst themselves whilst laughing (which is fine but I feel it comes across rude as sometimes makes me paranoid they're laughing at me!) - open on SUNDAYS! - they can keep your loyalty card in the store so you don't misplace it. Probably more but I've forgotten. I'll be back for sure. 👌 Thank you Princess Nails. I do feel like a princess! (ps excuse the awful fake tan on my hands in the photo LOL that was me, not them!)

I find it so had to find a nail salon with people who can do a decent paint job and shape my nails how I like but Louis who works here did a phenomenal job on my shellac manicure and pedicure today..so neat and tidy and finally a salon that uses the razor to get rid of the dead skin on feet as opposed to just the file. So pleased and will definitely return.
