  I recently moved to Suffolk from London and needed to find a Nail Salon. After searching online I came across Princess Nails. I popped into them and they fitted me in right away, I had Amy do my Nails which were done perfectly, she was very friendly and professional, infact all the staff seemed really nice.   After doing quite a bit of research to find a good nail salon, I came across Princess Salon. The positive reviews stood out, so I decided to give it a try. I had a 9 AM appointment and was greeted warmly right at the door. I requested simple acrylic French nails and mentioned that it was my first time. The staff were attentive, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The end result was exactly what I had in mind-clean, elegant, and well-done. What stood out even more was the overall atmosphere. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, and they even offer complimentary drinks to clients. I had already had a drink, so I passed this time, but I'll definitely try the Vietnamese coffee next visit. I've attached a photo of the reference I showed and the final result for comparison. The team did a great job, and I'm looking forward to returning.

  Amazing service! Was welcomed with friendly staff - although busy, it took no time at all for me to be seated. She took great care of my nails and created such a beautiful design! 100% recommend signing up for their loyalty card and I will definitely be coming back again 😊
