Laura is an absolutely lovely person who makes anyone feel welcome! Absolutely no pressure to make the next appointment there and is always so accommodating. Not only is the customer service amazing - the nails are always lush! Had these cute almond-shaped pink nails done this morning. Laura never fails to deliver and was so helpful in helping me choose nails which were subtle and natural for work. Also added a photo of my holiday nails that Laura has done for me before!! 10/10 💅

I've been visiting Laura for a year now and have had an amazing experience every time! My nails always turn out perfect no matter what I ask for. She'll also help you to figure out what to have done if you aren't sure. Laura is really easy to chat with and I feel very comfortable during the appointments which isn't always the case with other nail artists. Definitely recommended!

Laura has done my nails the last few times and she has done an amazing job. The attention to detail is great and the nail art is really good. My clear extensions have lasted really well even whilst on holiday and in the pool everyday. They still looked really good when they were due to be redone. Highly recommend Pro Radiance for any nail designs that you want done. 💅

Being an older person who rarely worries about my nails and doesnt use nail varnish or knows much about gel polish, laura did a wonderful job for me recently for mother of the bride nails. I was so pleased with result and how hard-wearing they were. Top class service and fully explained throughout for those of us that dont do this very often or first time user. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definately use again.
