Second time I've got my nails done here and a pedicure. I have to say the team know what they are doing!!! Video is when my nails were first done and the following pictures are 4 weeks later. I called ahead to check whether they have availability and checked whether they can create the designs I had in mind and they did not disappoint. The team made time for me and just really look after you.

I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails, I have tried most of the nail shops in Basingstoke and honestly I am extremely happy. This is the second time coming to this nail shop and I have nothing negative to say. I show them what I want we agree a prize before hand and there are no hidden fees. Through the process I ask for changes and they happily do it. 10/10 service definitely recommend.

Amazing nail salon 👏 They are amazingly good, they do the nails so fast and professional done🥰 They are very friendly persons, always ask if I like the nails if looks good and if I'm liking, I already have my two favourite ones, is Jasmim and Richchy the are amazing and always explaining me how it's work because I'm a very curious person 😅 The pedicure 😍 was amazing, they massage you feet,exfoliating, you have massage in the chair💺, is sooooo GOOD!! They accept cash, card, bank transfer, and credit card 💳!! Perfect experience🥰💞

Was my first time doing my nails, I did with Richy, he was amazing, very fast, perfectly done, a bit price, but I understood is acrylic nails and have extension. The one problem in my opinion was the smell in the place, was very strong, i think they can get a better ventilation, or a fan, I don't know something to get better the smell, and they need to communicate better, their English is sometimes difficult to understand, and I am a Brazilian, I really try to communicate but sometimes was bad, another thing, you can only pay with money, they don't have card payment. Other than that was amazing👏
