  very happy with my nails. I came after work around 5:30 worried they wouldn't have time to do my nails as a walk in but they welcomed me and took their time with me. I got exactly what I asked for and I'm so happy how my nails turned out. The lady was very gentle and it wasn't rough like past experiences in other places. the lady doing my nail design was very good. definitely going to be back

  This is only the second time me and my 15 year old daughter have gone to queens nails and both times they were brilliant . On this occasion the staff were very friendly, professional and done exactly what I asked . My daughter had some issues sitting her hand right in the lamp but the tech was amazing and patient even though she had ro file and redo the gel polish 3 times. Our nails are beautiful and we will 100% be back .

  My 3rd visit! Great welcoming staff. No need for an appointment. Usually have gel tips. Prices reasonable. Painstakingly done. Tim is a perfectionist and a very lovely lady - she does a relaxing foot massage.Today I had Theng for my nails and was very pleased with his work. Thanks to everyone at Queens.

  They always do an amazing job with my nails, I'll not go anywhere else. The lovely friendly staff always try to have a laugh with you while remaining professional. They will literally accommodate any design you want. It's always so much fun going and I can't wait for my next visit
