Amazing customer service from start to finish. All the staff are genuinely so kind and welcoming. The nail tech doing my nails chose to redo the design because he wanted to provide the best service possible and make sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. They also offered me refreshments while I was there. The salon is super clean, really pretty, and has a huge range of colours to choose from. Such a lovely experience overall.

The BEST nail shop, every visit I have had Rose do my nails, she smashes it everytime, takes her time and does them exactly as I want them. Thankyou Rose Everyone is friendly, they offer drinks hot and cold, plenty of colour choice & they offer different shades of acrylic which I absolutely love! It's a beautiful, clean and very hygienic. They also offer a loyalty card with great savings! Highly recommend, such a lovely space.

Incredible!! I've never had my nails done before and since I'm going on holiday I figured I'd get them done locally before I go. Absolutely beautiful nails. I have been coming here every 2-3 weeks for almost a year and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Such amazingly talented and kind staff. They do my nails perfect every time and I've never had issues. They take such care and precision with each nail. I live 40 minutes away and I always will come back here.

Update [May 2025] I went back and had a completely different experience thanks to a new nail tech! From the start, everything was clearly discussed: shape, colour, type of manicure. I was offered a drink, and there was a relaxed but professional vibe throughout. The manicure itself was excellent-precise, neat, and I was asked for feedback at each stage. It's now been over a week, and the application is still flawless. There was even a lovely hot towel massage at the end, which was a nice touch. The nail tech also corrected my price on the spot, as it turned out to be an infill-something I really appreciated for its honesty. My advice: if you're booking via the app, clarify the service and price in person before you start. Some of the terminology can be confusing and might lead to a frustrating first experience. Overall, the second visit completely changed my impression. I'd happily return. ------- April 2025 Disappointing experience overall. 1. Pricing transparency is an issue. I was quoted £27 in the app, but ended up being charged £35 on arrival due to the fact I had no coverage and visited for the first time - something that wasn't clearly communicated. A frustrating and unpleasant surprise. 2. The BIAB service was underwhelming. The product was applied in an excessively thick layer, which looked bulky and unnatural. I wouldn't recommend it at this salon. 3. Poor quality of gel color application. The polish began chipping at the edges almost immediately and deteriorated further within days-very disappointing. 4. Lack of hospitality. I've visited many salons, and this was the first time I wasn't offered a simple drink like tea or coffee. It felt impersonal. Unfortunately, I'm unlikely to return or recommend the same technician based on this experience.

I've searched for a while to find THE most perfect nail salon, I am incredibly anxious and was made to feel relaxed and at ease straight away, with care and compassion as well as understanding, it is only a small salon and can get quite busy but that is a testament to their work. I travel over 30 min to come here, because of the amazing service and results. I can not express how incredibly attentive they are. Its a lovely peaceful calm environment (I hate noisy salons) and they always ensure you are happy with the results before you leave. 5 stars 🌟 is not enough for these guys!!! 10 stars 🌟 plus.
