I have been coming here for a very long time and the staff are always welcoming and friendly and address me by name. When I get my nails done and find little pattern ideas they will always accommodate and try their best with a new design for me. If I have any issues they are always quick to fix without any issues. I enjoy coming here so would recommend trying them out.

I have only been in the UK for 18 months and am so fortunate to have found Regal Nails in Loughton. Fantastic service. They understand what I like and remember each time. Vincent, Henry and Jenny are super friendly and happy to see me. My nails last a long time and I am a very happy customer! They are,quick and efficient and also give the best pedicures. I don't understand the bad reviews here. Ofcourse, if you break your nails at home doing housework etc..that is your problem. You cannot expect Regal to re-do the nail for free! They are running a business not a charity shop! Their prices are already very competitive and their friendly service is outstanding!!..Sue Howard
