I tried this nail bar for the first time and couldn't be happier! A really lovely environment and the technicians are really polite and gentle when buffing/shaping your nails compared to other places you go to which aren't as careful. This will definitely be my go to place from now on as you also get a lot for your money without it taking too long either.

I have gone to this nail bar many times in the past 8 years. The new decor is lovely ..the services offered are varied and my nails always looked good and they charge a decent price. My nail tech Lily was so lovely I gave her twice the usual tip. She did an excellent job and was very sweet and a good listener which is always nice.

The best nail salon I've been to and I must say I've been to many in Essex and even in London. Lovely atmosphere, clean and calm. You can really relax and enjoy your time there. Staff profesional and do their job properly. So far I can't say anything bad about the place. I hope they will keep up the good work!

I always have a shellac manicure here, and for the most part am very happy with the quality and the finish. The staff are always very professional and efficient. The reason why I haven't given this place a 5 star is that they really ought to be accepting card payments now, particularly at the current time. In my personal opinion the owner (who I have never met) really should be a little more responsible towards staff and customers, minimising the risk of transmitting coronavirus through banknotes and coins, by allowing contactless payments.
