I have been going to rosy nails for a couple of years now and I have always walked out happy! They are always really accomodating and such a friendly bunch! They go over and above to make sure you are happy, like calling up one of the staff and bringing her in especially to do my nail art as it was a bit more intricate than they felt comfortable doing bit they wanted me to have my special holiday nails... all unbeknownst to me until she arrived, did my nail art and then left again! On special occasions my 11 year old and 15 year old come for gel nails and short acrylics respectively and they are always so patient and careful with them both but take no less pride in what they do. I've read reviews about them not being able to communicate properly and from my experiences this is just not the case, yes you need to make sure you explain yourself well and check their understanding but the two are not the same! Some speak more English than others but there is always someone there who can translate. I can't recommend rosy nails enough.
