i got some acrylics and opalised gel on top for graduation and i am so obsessed with them. i called on the day and got an appointment same day. the staff were friendly and super accommodating. their work is meticulous, very nice place, decent prices, would come again :)

The nail technicians here are so focused on delivering excellent results. You can't help but notice how particular and detailed they are. No wonder I see a lot of repeat customers like myself. I was chatting with a customer the other day, and she mentioned that she looks forward to her appointments as it is one of the few times she feels pampered and catered to. That is how I feel whenever I get my nails done here. Their customer service is excellent, and the palour is kept very clean.

From the awful place at morecambe to royal n spa in lancaster ,had the worst nails soaked off by them and thank god because i couldnt be happier with them now. The woman took extra care and time to make sure they were exactly as i asked , and the man also helped to make them perfect . Paid 45 pound at royal n spa for soak off and full set of acrylic white tips with pattern and 10 gems also left 5 pound tip for the work and effort . The photos speak for themselves , paid 40 at nails and spa and was awful .couldnt wait to get them,off !! Left photo ,beautiful finish neat and really happy, right photos uneven,not the design i wanted at all, tatty , just no shape and grew scruffy ,will definately be making royal n spa my regular place ! !
