I have going to Ruby nails for a couple of years now upon recommendation from my daughter. I have always had good service from Jess and the team, yes sometimes having to wait, I think like myself when we book an appointment we should be able to keep our time slots, people just walk in on the off chance and sometimes get seen straight away. I think Ruby Nails just like to keep their customers happy and want to please everyone. I'm satisfied with the service they provide. Lovely staff.
