I absolutely love this place. The ladies are quiet and get on with the nails, sometimes that's so refreshing especially if you're not up for a chat! They will talk to you if you want a conversation ❤️ My nails always come out perfect, i've read half the negative reviews and they make no sense. My nails have never been misshaped, they always measure the length. I always send a photo and ask price because it says cash only quite clearly in front of shop. This means I know exactly what I'm paying ❤️ Always love my nails

Have gotten a few sets of acrylics from here before and as always they do an amazing job. They always confirm what you want before starting (bringing a reference photo really helps). They are professional and the customer service is nice, so I'll continue going to Ruby Nails. The loyalty card you get is also a cute extra x
