Absolutely amazing nail salon. I visited ruby nails for the first time today with my little girl on her 3rd birthday. She is very girly and wanted her nails done - they made her experience extra special and definitely one to remember for us both. She came out made up and with the perfect sparkly glittery princess nails. They really did go out of their way to make it fun for her and even gave her a bottle of pink nail polish as a birthday gift. I wish more nail salons were like this in Southampton. Thank you again xxxx

I don't get my nails done often but when I do I always come to rubys, they are always friendly and do a great job. The last 2-3 times I've been, I've been noticeably pregnant and they make sure to accommodate me appropriately and have been quick doing my nails. I've never had any complaints or problems in the 6 ish years I've been coming here

I have been going to Ruby's nails since November (2024) and they always deliver!!! They are one of the best nail shops in Southampton. All of them are high quality nail techs and always make sure you are happy before leaving 💕 They are always so positive and warm!!! Today Annie did my nails and she absolutely smashed it 💯

Amazing customer service!!!! I had an emergency on a chipped nail. No one in town wanted to help and I was ready to give up. Stepped in this shop and was rescued by a sweet lady. Thank you so much 💓 💗 Turned my chip into a flower and I am very happy. Do waist your time on some of those other uppity nail salons. Give Ruby Nails a try!!
