I've been going to Abi for a year now, and from the first ever appointment she made me feel so comfortable and I loved her welcoming, relaxed and empowered approach to her business. She is extremely dedicated and is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. No matter what design I ask for, it exceeds my expectations and I always leave happy with fabulous nails! Would highly recommend Shepack to anyone looking for not just a nail appointment, but a friend, catch up and therapy session all in one!

I have my nails done every month here and I have to say it's the best place to be. Whether I have a design that turns out is AI done Abi will always try to do her best. Harriet also has done my nails and I love the attention you get from them both. The atmosphere is so relaxed, chilled vibes and if you need someone to talk to then these Alpha's have you. The Den has my vote, looking forward to my next visit.

I have been using shepack for some time after moving to the area from 120 miles away. I was nervous about finding someone new as I have allergies with certain products used on my nails. After messaging Abi about these before booking an appointment she made me feel better about trying her products and knew exactly what she was talking about and the different things that would be causing my allergy and she didn't use products with of them in. I have never looked back, I religiously get my nails done every 4 weeks and always LOVE them. The whole experience is different to a usual salon. It is still a very 1-2-1 experience, no one listening in to your conversations or a room full of clients like many places can be. I moan about things, we laugh and share updates of things going on in our lives, it's like having a catch up with a friend. My daughter was having her eyebrows waxed by Abi too, and felt nervous about Harriet taking over the appointments once she joined and was scared about having threading instead. But after one appointment she was happy and confident to go alone after school and said Harriet was lovely, chatty and made her feel very comfortable. Abi texts to let me know when she arrives and leaves (above and beyond as always). More recently Liv joined, and obviously I was going to try out lashes. Loved them and made my mornings quicker not having to faff around with strip lashes. Best salon I have been to and I would not go anywhere else, but please stop adding treatments now. Or I'm going to end up being in weekly 😂

I took Abi on 2 years ago as a one off for some nails for holiday and she made me feel so so comfortable from the first appointment. 2 years later and i haven't looked back! i am now a regular and wow where do i even begin?! Abi tailors nails exactly to you and always ALWAYS hits the brief and beyond! She is amazing at building relationships with clients and is such a welcoming person. If i'm unsure of what to have in my nails i allow Abi to take full control and i am never disappointed. 🫶🏼
