  I had a manicure and pedicure with Lauren, she went unbelievably above and beyond her duties, we talked about life and laughed. I wanted detailed nail art for my best friends funeral which Lauren completed with ease. Since moving to Norwich and trying many salons, this is the first place which has felt like I am more than just another customer.
