  Always a lovely experience here lovely staff nails fabulous again Only problem today was a very rude customer who expected to be slipped in to have her mums broken yes it was only a 5 minute job but there were a lot of people already waiting the staff said come back in 20 minutes but she came back a lot longer so she had to wait as the 3 staff were busy not sure how long she was there but was obviously going to be next but she stood up and started demanding are you going to do her it will only take 5 minutes the staff said I will do her next and then not prepared to wait walked out say she has traveled a long way and they have lost a customer. Well this lovely shop doesn't need customers like her who thinks she is untitled to busy in in front of other paying customers but if she had any manners and nicely asked if any of us waiting customers would mind if her mum was done next for a 5 minute repair we would have been happy to wait as her mum seamed lovely and then after sitting in her car outside for 10 minutes drove off after doing a 3 point turn on a main road to the phone and complain after. She left it was a lovely atmosphere again will be back in 3 weeks

  Excellent customer service from all the staff. They made my first experience getting my nails done so welcoming and they gave me exactly what I asked for! Would definitely recommend for a nice and relaxing manicure and pedicure! Love the new decoration, very fancy!
