  Nice clean shop, lovely ladies, who made up my nails, and my two grown up daughters nails. We didn't have an appointment but got in the shop soon after 9.00a.m and still had to wait a while so expect to wait. There was a basket of made up coloured nails to choose from, was asked how I wanted the nails made up but did get my daughter's experience to ask what I wanted as I was very nervous after a very long time not having them done. Communications was not perfect so it would help to be clear for what you request is and when responding and the session took about 2 1/2 hours but I was so pleased with the outcome that I am revisiting to get Christmasy look. Did take my mum later just after 5.00 pm and the shop was empty and they did a wonderful job of looking after her whilst in her wheelchair at the desk and done a wonderful look on both her hands and feet nails, I will return to take her for a foot spa, there was only 3 ladies making up the nails but worth the wait, just have to be patient. Would definitely recommend
