Edited as they have gone above and beyond! Went in today as the gel had peeled off my thumbs. The lady was so nice, very friendly. She had the guy who did them over and showed him where the nails were uneven and how to fix it. So nice that they took time to teach rather than just fix the mistakes. She smoothed the originals and repainted I'm a different colour. Amazing service. I've sent a thank you tip via bank transfer. Lovely people and the guy was very gentle which was nice, but the finished result is a little lumpy and there's a lot of space around the edge that was missed with the colour. Only the second time I've had my nails done and they were cheaper than my last set, but I'd definitely choose to pay more next time.
