  I don't often get my nails done because I'm very picky about both perfection in artwork and gentleness during the service, but I needed a little pick-me-up during my lunch break yesterday. I decided to take a chance and walk into Star Nails, Sunderland, asking for a price to do some Halloween-themed nails. I was instantly offered a very reasonable price and, while still hesitant, decided to give it a go - and I'm so glad I did! Tao was incredibly gentle (I actually caught myself nodding off at least three times during the service!) and his attention to detail absolutely blew me away. The precision and definition in his work are unreal - honestly, his hands are so steady he could probably be a surgeon! I'm over the moon with how my nails turned out, the price, and the whole experience overall. Thank you so much, Tao!   Most friendly staff, made sure my nails were perfect and asked after every slight change if I liked how they were going. Had a very rude customer and dealt with her in such a perfect and professional manner. I had my friend with me and they made sure she had somewhere to sit while she waited and didn't seem to mind her being with me at all. Will 100% be back
